Public Offer for Game Server Promotion Services

1. Parties and definitions

Customer means a user ordering services at frag16.online. Site means FRAG16, a Counter-Strike 1.6 server monitoring service. An order is a selected paid placement or promotion as described at checkout. Wallet balance means the amount recorded in the user's FRAG16 account for paying for services.

2. Subject of the offer

The provider offers digital services for improving the visibility of eligible game servers on FRAG16, including VIP, TOP, BOOST and PREMIUM placement where available. Each service's cost, duration, position, queue or round count is shown on the applicable page before purchase. Promotion does not guarantee a specific player count, conversion rate or permanent ranking.

3. Ordering and payment

Only the services and payment methods currently available in the account and checkout can be ordered. Topping up a wallet does not itself activate a specific placement. Activation requires an eligible server and a completed service order. Payment and order confirmation may depend on an authorized payment provider's successful notification. Any applicable discounts are shown before purchase.

4. Delivery and limitations

Fixed-term services are provided for the period stated when ordered; BOOST follows its stated round or queue mechanism, and PREMIUM may be allocated through a time-limited auction. A game server must be accessible and comply with FRAG16 Rules. The provider may temporarily suspend placements for maintenance, security incidents or rule violations. Terms of transferring services are governed by the rules and the specific order.

5. Obligations of the parties

The customer must supply accurate server information, use only servers they are authorized to manage, protect account credentials and avoid misleading online statistics. The provider undertakes to deliver the purchased placement in accordance with the confirmed order, subject to reasonably necessary maintenance.

6. Support, complaints and refunds

Requests are submitted using FRAG16 support, including the “Financial matters” category where available. If a paid service cannot be provided for reasons attributable to the provider, the customer may request a remedy or refund under applicable law. Rules about cancellations or server violations do not exclude mandatory consumer rights granted by law.

7. Acceptance and changes

Do not pay or place an order if you disagree with the terms. Completing a wallet top-up or purchase after being presented with these terms constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law. Updates are published at this address with their revision date and do not retroactively remove rights already granted by mandatory law.
